Accreditation

Accreditation is normally given by Government authorised agencies and Universities. However as the college takes a strongly Reformed and Evangelical position, believing that the Christian Church should be beyond outside interference, therefore we have not, nor do we believe that we should seek accreditation from such secular authorities.

We believe that our accreditation should be the doctrinal soundness of our teachings, and that of our graduates, who themselves are living letters of recommendation “Do we begin again to commend ourselves? or need we, as some others, epistles of commendation to you, or letters of commendation from you? Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men: Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart. And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward:” (2 Corinthians 3:1-4). 

However, as we also believe strongly in accountability, we have  entered into association with  the American Bible College Pineland Florida USA (founded 1913) in which we operate as a British Faculty of ABC, this allows us to offer our Degrees as American Degrees,.They are licenced under Section 1005.06(1)(f), Florida Satutes pursuant to religious institutions

So those  churches, agencies, colleges and universities that subscribe to our outlook and beliefs, accept this position. Our Diplomas and Degrees are valid and legal in respect not only of those that recognise and accept them, (along with the principles and the high standard of education the College offers, which is directed towards the Reformed and Evangelical Constituency of the Christian Church.). But also the Trading Standards Service of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment with whom we consulted in 2008 to establish the legality of our position and the validity of our Awards.  

AN IMPORTANT THING TO CONSIDER

As explained, CMBCS Degrees are American in their origin and that may not suit everybody,also the standards of expectation and scholarship are extremely high. CMBCS is a specialist college serving a specific area of need in the modern Church.
